I had to wait quite a while for replies, and when they did respond, the answers weren’t very clear. It made me wonder a bit about the overall quality of the support, since I still didn’t fully understand what to do after talking to them.

I ordered a silver necklace from Luo Jewelry, and I kind of assumed right away I’d have to double-check whether the material was actually legit. It showed up with the stamp, and after wearing it for a few weeks, my skin hasn’t turned green or anything, so I’m taking that as a good sign.
The necklace has a nice shine and feels solid, not like that cheap plastic-y metal some places sell. I’d give it 4 stars overall because the packaging was basic and shipping took longer than I expected, but I’m still happy with the necklace itself.

I’ve been wearing my necklace from luojewelry pretty much every day for the last few weeks, and it still looks really nice. I even forgot to take it off a couple times while washing my hands, but it hasn’t tarnished or gotten dull. I’m happy with it so far. I was a little hesitant at first because I never really trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong, but thankfully I haven’t had any issues with the necklace itself...

I’m always a little nervous with promo codes because I don’t want to get tricked by some fine print, but the discount details were easy to find. I just wish it was more obvious at checkout that the code actually applied before I placed the order

The colors looked exactly like the photos, no question about it. Seriously, they matched perfectly

My order actually showed up quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated for the most part, though I still felt like it was a little vague at times. Overall, I’m happy with how it went, even if I was mildly annoyed checking the updates more than I probably needed to...

The name came out right, which was great. The spacing was just a little off though. Still, overall it was close.

I bought a ring from Luo Jewelry i was impressed when it arrived. Just from the look and feel of it, I kind of got the sense that someone actually took their time with it instead of rushing through the details.

The stones are set evenly, the finish is smooth, and there aren’t any rough spots or weird little flaws that jump out. It has that handmade feel in the best way, like you can tell there was care put into it, not some cheap factory look.
I’ve been wearing it for a few weeks now and it still looks great. Based on how solid it feels, I’m assuming it’ll hold up well, too. Really happy with it and definitely 5 stars from me.

I was a little disappointed with my order from Luo Jewelry. In the photos, the piece looked a lot nicer, but when it arrived it felt kind of cheap to me. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would, which didn’t help. I wouldn’t say it was a scam or anything, but for the price, I feel like it should’ve been better, right? I ordered a necklace with engraving, and while the necklace itself was fine, the engraving stressed me out more than I expected. Some of the letters were much lighter than others, and I had to hold it really close just to make out what it said, which was disappointing for something personalized.

It’s not the worst purchase ever, but the whole thing felt like an unnecessary hassle, and I probably wouldn’t order personalized items from them again

In the end, it was frustrating because I contacted them expecting support, and I basically walked away with nothing resolved.

It does look close to the pictures, so I’ll give it that. But it’s a bit smaller than I thought it would be, which is kind of annoying...
